In its official statement the Chairman of the Forum, Governor Rochas Okorocha, declared Chibok school reestablishment, a N100m donation to assist the families that lost breadwinners in the Nyanya Bomb blast and guaranteed the students' rehabilitation as soon as they brought home.
The forum expressed its readiness to cooperate with the Federal Government and various international organizations in order to ensure peace and security in the country as quickly as possible. The PGF's priority for today is to ensure a safe return of the abducted girls and provide treatment for the physical and psychological trauma they might have suffered in captivity.
The members of the forum once again stressed out that the girls' abduction is "an assault on our nation, an attack on civility and constitutionalism and colossal descent to barbarism, which is unacceptable and should be combated by all patriots."
They also thanked all Nigerians and international community for their unselfish aid and support in these difficult times, noting that productive and successful fight against terrorism is a guarantor of stability and constitutional governance.
